Made with 50% rye malt, re-fermented on local honey, and aged for 1 year in a Dad's Hat Straight Rye whiskey barrel. You'll find rich brandy and raisin character, along with rye's signature peppery spice. Viscous, intense and oh-so-gnarly, it doesn't drink like most beers-- and that's what we love about it.
